17 April 2014 suppose an assesse has applied for st1 before 31.3.14 but the st2 certificate was received in April

is the assesse liable to file service tax return for period oct to march 13-14

17 April 2014 If Certificate of confirmation regarding registration is not received within 7 days of submitting ST1 u r deemed to b registered.
Hence liable to file ST3.
