Whether code 11 Voluntary before due date or code 12 Voluntary after due date?

03 December 2012 1. The due date for filing Income tax return of AY 2012-13 was 31.07.2012 for non-audit cases and 30.09.2012 for companies and audit cases.

However, belated return can be filed till 31.03.2014.

2. Since you will be filing the return AFTER the due date, you have to mention code 12.
