we have to pay TDS return filling charges every Qtr and our accounts person shows it in rates & taxes group , is it corrct if not then, pls let us know correct group to shown this exp.

You need to show it under Filing Fees head.

actually this amount is very low so I can show it under mis. exp. or if any other head ....

If the amount is very low you can show it under Miscellaneous or General Expenses head.
