Can board authorize any director or some other person to file certain form with ROC, before actually performing that act for which form is filled
For example suppose allotement of shares is made on next day but authority to file that form 2 is given today or same in case of form 5 and others.
Pls advice

Authority to file e-Forms can be given well in advance even before actually performing that act for which form is filled
