31 March 2014 Now the time limit is over to file the particular assessment year return. if you have received the Income tax notice for non filling based on that reference you can file the return

31 March 2014 ofcourse, but the belated return u/s.139(4) will allow to file the return up to 1 year from the date of relevant assessment year. so ay-2011-12. the last date was 31.3.13.

you can request to your assessing officer for filling for the particular year incase any major income transactions

31 March 2014 f you already paid the tax, then leave it, incase assessing officer raise the notice then you can file. since you have already paid the tax.
