Filing the return of lr

21 August 2012 I want to file income tax return for AY 2011-12 of Laxman Gadre who died on 30.12.2011 and is registered with Income tax site.
Now we are trying to file his return through his legal representative Sunil Laxman Gadre. We have taken the Digital signature of Sunil Gadre. But we are unable to upload the return as the site is not accepting the return.
Please guide us at the earliest.

21 August 2012 1.The legal heir (LH) has to get a DSC in his own name.

2.LH is required to make a request by sending a mail to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in mentioning the name, PAN,Date-of-Birth of deceased as well as that of the LH along with scanned attachment of the death certificate of the deceased.

3.On receipt of above, LH would be enabled to file the return of deceased using LHs DSC.

24 August 2012 Sir I had mailed to them.I had not received any mail from incometax site.
What to do now???
