We have a preprimary school registered under a trust so i believe that the tax return has to done via trust.. As the pan is in trust name ... Wanted few guidlines as to what paper and books are required for the same .. is having a tally important ..

01 November 2017 Having Tally will save man power in maintaining accounts. Up to one crore gross receipts for school run on no profit motive no tax payable and no need to file income tax return.

But now as a trust has been opened and we have got a pan card made for the trust ..so all the school fee receipt has trust name ..so wouldn't it be necessary to file return.
