HELLO, I HAVE INCOME FROM SALARY AND OTHER SOURCES, WHICH RETURN FORM SHOULD I FILE AND HOW TO FILE WITHOUT USING ANY SOFTWARE...??

You can file ITR1 using quick efile option from your Income Tax login. Simplest way to file ITR1.
