Dear Sir
I have not filed income tax return for the A.Y 2013 - 14.Now I want to complete my VAT audit within 1 month.Will it create any problem in VAT audit without filing Income Tax Return?

VAT audit & Income tax return both are independent activity, no problem until your financial differ in both acts
