what is the due date for filing cooperative society.is audit essential if society receipts exeeds 1 crore. please give detailied explanation.

Due date is 30th September. Tax audit u/s 44AB of the Income tax Act,1961 is mandatory since the gross receipts exceeded Rs.60/- lacs.
