i purchased one house under housing loan and it is self occupied. i want to know which ITR have to submit, ITR-1 or ITR-2?.

ITR form to be filed depends upon the nature of income u earn. can u pls specify which other sources of income do you have so that your query could be resolved.

14 July 2010 If you have only one house property,ITR-1 may be used. ITR-2 is for those who own more than one hose property.
