Filing of itr 2 times by same assessee

Sir,
ITR 4 was submitted manually to the DEPARTMENT on 17-09-2012 FOR AY 2012-13 for claiming refund.
By mistake ITR 4 was submitted through ONLINE IN FEB 2013 Without any difference in the refund amount BUT the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT is not sent to CPC BANGLORE.What to do now?.
Is it required to inform the DEPARTMENT about the fact or is it enough by not submitting ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to CPC BANGALORE?
PLEASE GIVE DETAILS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Till your ITR-V acknowledgment receive by the CPC it doesn't process your return and if the ITR-V acknowledgment doesn't received by the CPC with in due date prescribed considers the filing return is invalid and assumes return not filed. So don't send your ITR-V acknowledgment to CPC. As well as my suggestion is better to contact CPC at e-Filing : 1800 4250 0025 They may help you and suggest further what you do.
