I WANT TO UPLOAD FORM 23B ON MCA SITE. I AM CONFUSED ON WHICH FILE TO ATTACH TO FORM 23B THAT IS APPOINTMENT LETTER FOR ACCOUNTING YEAR 2009-10 OR FOR THE ACCOUNTING YEAR 2010-11. PLS HELP ITS URGENT

Form 23B is required to filed after the AGM. Simply upload form 23B along with appointment letter for the F.Y. 2010-11.
