Does appointment of a CS in a pvt. ltd. co. having paid up share capital of Rs.20 crs. require filing of MGT-14, MR-1 and DIR-12? OR else only DIR-12 IS TO BE FIled?

You have to file MR- 1 (Within 60 days of appointment) & MGT-14 (within 30 days of passing resolution)for appointment of CS
