Filing of form 102 and 103

16 September 2012 How i have to send my registration forms 102 and 103 to the institute,means can i give it through hand delivery to concerned branches of ICAI or i have to post it to the concerned branch?If i got any doubts while entering details reqired as per the Forms whom can i ask?As per the instructions there is no information about hand delivery and speed post or normaal is enough? Please clarify my doubts.

16 September 2012 1) 103 ,along with enclosures, may be given either at ICAI decentralized office or to the regional council office of the ICAI to which you belong. 102 need not be send to the ICAI, it is to be executed in duplicate ,one for you and the other for your employer.

2) Instructions are very clear, therefore, question of doubt doesn't arise.
