Hi,
Dear Sir,
I want to know that i could not be able to file NIL ITR(A.Y.2012-13) before 31st Aug,2012( Extended Time Period). So can i file it in the month of September 2012? is there any Fine/penalty for late NIL RETURN FILING?
Please advice.

dear, you can file NIL return after 31.aug 2012 till 31.3.2012 there is no fine no penalty.
