my self is lic insurance agent my insurance commission for 2012-13 is 75000 and tds charge by payer is 7500 and i have no other income. i want to claim refund. So pls tell the important column that i have to fill in ITR 4 and how to prepare P/L part. in ITR 4
I donot have enough money to consult CA.

sir , 1) what code i have to mentioned for column " Nature Of Business" if i earn lic insurance commission.
2)is it not mandatory for me to prepare p/l a/c if my yearly commission is above 60000.
3) whether i have to fill any schedule in ITR4
4) e filling ITR4 form same as Paper ITR4. form thanx
2)Not mandatory to prepare any shedule go as i suggested above,,NOT required to maintain any books as it is less than 120000 as prescribed under 44AA
3)As said above reply of mine not required to fill any schedule
4)yes,,it looks simular to paper,,however you just have to fill details as i said in above reply,,you can under stand once you see the form
