Filing itr for ay 2010-11

11 November 2013 My friend is filing his return of income regularly and unfortunately he was not filed for the AY 2010-11 due to his personal problem.
Now Income Tax Dept. has issued a notice u/s.147 and asked him to file Return immediately. Now problem is ITR-1 (SAHAJ) is applicable but they want it in colour format which not available in ITax website.
Kindly clarify whether IT Return can be filed for the AY 2010-11 can be filed with the available form (black & white) after downloading from the website?
OR- if it is required in colour, from where we should get it?
I think for the said AY (i.e 2010-11) black & white form will be okay.
Experts help required for the same.

11 November 2013 The department has nothing to do with the coloured form. You can file the B&W forms. In case only coloured form is insisted by the officer request him to avail the same.
