29 May 2013 hi Experts,

i have register with service tax department and service tax no on 15/06/2012.

Unfortunately i didnt file return for April-June 2012. and i directly file return July-Sept.2012. System has accept my July-Sept.2012 return and got my S.T-3.

Shall i file April-June 2012 Return Now as i didnt provide any service in this quarter.

please advise me.

as we have exemption for annual income less than 10 lakh. SO i surrender ST-2 online.

at the time of surrendr physical copy to my service tax department they find the query that you have to file APril -June 2012 return.

so it is possible to file return of April -June 2012 after surrender of S.T-2 Online.

please advise me.

30 May 2013 i upload return for April-June 2012 today. but unfortunately it get rejected due to wrong premises code.

then i go through my original ST-2. i found that my original ST-2 Premises code is different than April-June 2012.

but when i file July -Sept 2012 with wrong premises code (other then original ST-2) system accept my return.

please advise me what should i do??
