Income Tax Return is processed u/s 143(1) of the IT Act and demand raised. Subsequently, the said return was converted in to scrutiny. Whether Assessee should go for appeal against demand raised or to wait until scrutiny is completed

Pl file appeal u/s 246A(1)(a) against the intimation u/s 143(1) with out waiting for 143(3) order.
