16 January 2012 thanks sir, I saw but I could not get the exact steps.
The shares are allotted to a usa nation for this knowledge. there is no money coming in. In my random understanding FEMA is applicable, but what form it need to file....no idea. please suggest.

16 January 2012 Conversion of ECB / Lumpsum Fee / Royalty / Import of capital goods y SEZs in to Equity/ Import payables / Pre incorporation expenses

Above are permissible allotment types for non cash consideration.

Form FC GPR is common form for all fresh allotments which needs to be filed in 30 days of allotment
