HI,
I WANT TO KNOW THE INFORMATION ABOUT MY FIXED DEPOSIT INTEREST. SHALL BE BETWEEN IN THE PERIOD OF 9 MONTHS, AND THE INTEREST CALCULATED IS 380000 FOR A NINE MONTH SO PLS TELL ME ITR IS FILLED OR NOT . AND THE EXEMPTION LIMIT FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN IS 500000. SO PLS TELL ME A OPINION.

tds shall be deducted in this case as the annual tds is more then threshold limit of rs 10,000 and then for claiming back tds since its below the basic slab you need to file itr.

Please also check the validity of form 15h for non deduction of tax....
