Respected sir/ madam,
I need to know urgently whether a charitable association which needs registration for getting foreign funds under FCRA may have foreigners in its board or governing body and if yes what proportion ?
Please answer this query , urgent.

For registration under FCRA no requirement of foreigners in its board.
