Father+daughter income taxability

father is earning Rs.10,000/- p.m and her daughter has joined call center and also earning Rs.10,000+ p.m, she has completed 18yrs 4mnths back, she hasnt married and staying with her parents.
Q.individually seeing both are below taxable limit. so both can file a NIL Return? or they are attracted by club provision.
