A company incorporated in the year 2011. It has neither commenced its business/activities nor it did any compliance of companies act.
This company wants to close its business via FAST TRACK SCHEME.
Are they reqd to file annual returns/Balance sheets of last 3 years or can file form FTE straightaway?
