F form for branch purchase

15 December 2011 We are Manufacturer in karnatka and we purchase raw material and import material through branch transfer from our gujarat plant.

And my query is whether we have to give F form to supplying plant where as some materials are exempted from gujarat vat department.

And Import Materials like raw materials and machine componenets for the same whether we have to give any forms.

Please help me urgently in this matter.

For all stock transfers you have to issue 'F' forms.The machinery and their parts which are used in the manufacturing work also are covered in form 'F'.The restrictions applicale to issue of 'C' forms are same to 'F' form.
