Extention of due date

Please tell me what was the due date for return filing for A.Y. 2004-05 and 2005-06, and whether it was extended? if, yes then the extended dates are required...

i) 2004-05, extended due date is 31/10/2004.
ii)2005-06,extended due date for assessee's of certain districts of Maharashtra and Karnataka is 31/10/2005 and for tax audit cases of assessee's in Jammu and Kashmir is 31/03/2006.
ii)2005-06,extended due date for assessee's of certain districts of Maharashtra and Karnataka is 31/10/2005 and for tax audit cases of assessee's in Jammu and Kashmir is 31/03/2006.
