please tell me weather audit due date has been extended or not...

30 September 2015 You are from which state ?

Gujarat High Court , Punjab & Haryana High Court and have directed CBDT to extend up to 31st october. So forthis state its almost extended but subject to CBDT goes to supreme court.

30 September 2015 CBDT has put up the note to FM. Likely to notify the extension in the after noon. Not yet notified.

30 September 2015 No High Court then only apply to that state

Supreme court then all over india.

But if CBDT does not go to supreme court further then it will apply to only gujarat & punjab & haryana.

Now if CBDT goes to upreme court & supreme court says to extend then all over india.

Now if supreme court in the favor of CBDT then no extention at any place in india.

01 October 2015 Vide its order dated 30.09.2015 CBDT has extended due date only for the state of Haryana, Punjab , Union Territory of Chandigarh and Gujarat.

01 October 2015 The next in the line is 1st April 2016....henceforth if the dept (CBDT) does not upload the schema on the first day of assessment year, it will be required to face the MUSIC of contempt of court.
