Can anyone please provide me with the circular or notification for extension of due date for filing of return of income for the A.Y. 2005-06. I need the same as evidence for the purpose of an appeal.

For extended due date of Assessment year 2005-06 please see,
i) Order no. F. No.220/1/2005-IT(A-II) dated 24-8-2005 reported in 277 ITR (St)52 and
ii) Order No. F. No.220/1/2005-IT(A-II) dated 27-10-2005 reported in 278 ITR (St)19.
