Hey anybody tell me the procedure required to get the Export Licence...
And there is any different procedures to start private company for exporting??

We wish to obtain an IMPORTER EXPORTER CODE NUMBER (IEC) and in this connection we are enclosing herewith the following documents ------------
1. Pay Order No.???? Dated ??????? for Rs.250.00 of ..??? Bank Name with Address..??... in favor of “JDGFT, C.L.A.” towards application fee.
2. Board Resolution in favor of undersigned for signing the application.
3. Part – A duly filled & signed on each page.
4. Part – B duly filled & signed as Bank Certificate.
5. Part – D duly filled & signed on each page
6. Self certified copy of PAN No.
7. Self certified copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
8. Self-addressed envelope pasted with Rs.30.00 postal stamps towards Speed Post.
9. Self attested copy of Rent Agreement / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill etc. as proof of Branch office
address ????. (if any)
We hope you will find our above submissions in order and request you to issue the IEC at the earliest possible.
