Dear Sir,
I need your guildline. Actually I have confirmed an order with a party from Behrain. They have transfer the money through Arab Exchanger. One of the office of Arab Exchanger in india has made NEFT of the payment to our account in indian Rupees.
Now my question is can I do the export against this transaction ?? if not please give the solution.

an exporter, whose turnover is exceed 5 crore can, and who is also service provider, applicable for this condition.
