21 March 2012 I have a small business of export & now I have got job in Foreign country but I want to continue my business of export.

My questions are

Could I continue my business as a proprietor of the export firm?

Is there any legal matter shall apply to me?
Please reply.

Thanks for your quick reply.
As we know that in export document their is a form called SDF in that we have to certify that I/We are the resident of India & we have place of business in India, correct?

Now in case if I am getting job out side of India then there is a change in my status as NRI.

Then what would be the legal affect on my business?

21 March 2012 as per Rule 6(1)A of FEMA act, you are right.

in this case exporter can authorised for signing it form TO C.H.A.
