27 November 2008 'ABC' Pvt ltd has not deposited P.F. To P.F. Dept. in P.Y. 2007-2008 and so the said P.F. Was disallowed . Now if 'ABC' Pvt ltd make the said payment in P.Y. 2008-09 then will this payment allowed in A.Y. 2009-10 on payment basis ???
