Hello sir,
i have registered under service tax and already paying service tax.
previous year my income was below 10 lac rs. though i am paying service tax then in corrent year my income is below 10 lac. what step is required for availing exemption this year. is service tax is payable or not for this year?

If in last Financial year Rs 10 Lakh limit was not crossed then you need not charge and pay Service Tax in current Financial year. If in current Financial year also Rs 10 Lakh limit is not crossed then you need not charge and pay service tax in next Financial year. Hope its clear.
