suppose a manufacturer sold goods to a seller in another state will he be liable ta pay both central sales tax and excise duty? suppose he sold rs 10000 goods worth what will be his amount payable as tax?

Excise duty is levied on manufacture of goods, whereas sales tax is collected on the sale of goods.
