Question:
Two assessess exchange of propertys capital gain tax applicable.

19 April 2024 no. it would get covered under transactions between relatives provided you do this transaction as two separate gift deed.


02 May 2024 Additionally, if both are registered sale deeds, capital gain tax liability would arise; but not liable if the deeds are GIFT DEEDS.
