Dear all expert
mistakenly i had deducted TDS on contract 2% instead of 1%. i have deducted excess 5000
and this amount has been deposited in govt A/C also.
My Query is. how can i adjust this excess 5000/-
plz clarify....

either adjust the same in future bills or ask for the refund from the department..!!

you can either adjust in next quarter of same year or file itr and claim in itr.
