service tax charge on rent but property tax not deducted from that. now how we can get back that excess service tax paid.

The property taxes paid,if not adjusted, can be adjusted while remitting next month output service tax on rent.

If the original return has been submitted in time then the return can be revised and also the advise as given by the expert can be utilised.
