Dear All,
Last month by mistake we have deposited excess payment of TDS. Is there any provision to Adjust TDS in next month.

Yes in the current month you can adjust but note that March cannot be adjusted in April. If for March, 2011 you have paid excess then you have to claim refund from the concerned ITO TDS
