15 May 2014 excess deduction of TDS on house keeping .Can it be charged off to house keeping expenses?

16 May 2014 no...tds is not an expense...you can claim refund of the excess tds by filing form 26b

16 May 2014 but deduction is only excess , payment has not been made since we are not liable for that,now can we charge off dat tds to the expense?

22 May 2014 if you make deduction and not deposit the excess tax then you make excess tds to housekeeping service provider. if you deduct the tax and deposit the same then your service provider can take claim of tds.
