Can anyone help me with notes on Auditing and Assurance(IPCE)...I am not able to clear It since May,2012,or guidance on it.

refer surbhi bansal + pm and use good techincal and legal language in audit paper as followed by icai in its suggested and other naterial.
Try to give refrence of Std on audit and Accounting std in ans u write this will fetch u more marks.
try to write accurate section numbers if you can remember in companies act question.
