I have not been able to get hold of any practicing chartered accountant or a gazetted officer for attesting of my exam form. Is there any possibility that the ICAI chapter in my city could be of any help? Pls suggest me a solution!!

It is NOT mandatory that only a CA on practice can sign the form
even a CA in service can sign the form
