If someone gets registered for both the groups of Final but appears for a single and other group in next attempt.So will it be considered as 2nd attempt?

If you are not appear in exam then you will be not considered that it is your 2nd attempt.
If you are not appear in exam then you will be not considered that it is your 2nd attempt.
