Exam time for Nov. 2010 was 9 am to 12noon.
and the timing changed to 2pm to 5pm.
Why such change was made?
9 to 12 was ideal time.
We were getting 2 days time in between for each paper.

It is really difficult to answer. No clue about the policy of ICAI behind this.

may be because 9 am in India is too early for examinees in dubai (7.30 am)
