sir,
I completed my cpt and regstrd for ipcc meanwhile i compltd my bcom with 75% i joind articls under conversion...my articles was started from september 15 2014..
my quiery was am i eligible to may 2015 ipcc exams

You can give exam only in last 6 months of your articleship or otherwise if your articleship period is 3.5 yrs then this time period is 12 months for u.
If I assume your articleship is 3 years and it ends on sept2017.Then you are eligible for may 17 attempt.
