etds Form 27A geneartion from FVU file

i have made etds return through software of NSDL (RPU),but there is no provision provided for generation of Form 27A. I there any free software from outside which will generate form 27A.

when you validate file in rpu and generate return then form 27A is also created. Try once again.

Help option is there in RPU at serial no 9 following is return "If statement is being filed through a TIN-FC, then CD/floppy should be accompanied by 'Statement Statistics Report' generated by the FVU along with Form 27A in physical form. Form 27A should be prepared separately. Format of same is available at www.tin-nsdl.com. The control totals on Form 27A and Statement Statistics Report should match with the statement details." I think is to be filled seperatly but how i don't know
