Error in online exam application form

19 February 2016 I am CHOPPA NIROOPA My SRO NO:SRO0467307 .When I am registering for CA-IPC exam there is a small mistake in Date of Birth.i.e actual my date of birth is 29/09/1995 but I was wrongly entered as 26/09/1995.Due to this while I preparing for online exam application form my details are not found in application form in automatically.And also wrongly entered Date of Birth is shown in exam application form.Is there any solution for this query ?

I request you to give me suggestion for this query as early as possible.

later send a letter to icai to rectify date of birth
