Sir, I have submitted my return after except of 44AB audit report and also submitted electronically, but IT authorities issue notice 139(9) as defected return A-Y 2017-18

Yes in a number of mine cases as well they are unnecessarily showing the above error even though audit has been pre-approved and also showing successfully e-filed on the portal. You may submit your response online against defective return by saying that there is no such defect.
