What is the procedure to withdraw EPF?What are the Incometax consequences of EPF withdrawal?

19 August 2010 Go to > http://www.epfindia.com/downloads_forms.htm

Download : Form 19 &
Form 10 C (if served more than 6 months)

Fill both the forms > take the signature of your previous employer on the form > submit the same to PF office.

You will get the money in 1-2 months.

If the PF is being withdrawn before completion of 5 years , then the proceeds would be taxable otherwise it will be tax-free.
