Dear All,
A company is deducting PF from its employees maximum upto Rs. 780 same amount employer is contributing upto max of Rs.780.Then i think EPF and EPS wage will be same....as if a emp's Basic+DA =10000 then PF is Rs.780(Max amt)is it correct?????

yes its correct.

see the base limit is 6500/- & 12% of 6500/- works out to be @ 780/-. so 780/- is correct.
if anyone is drawing more tan 6500/- basic + DA, mandatory PF deduction is only 780/-, rest is optional

Then can i take EPS wage as EPF wage in the monthly 12a,3a register?????
